Debug Technician Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM We are seeking an experienced Debug Technician for a temporary position supporting a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment in Milpitas, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting, repair, and PCBA debugging experience. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level Perform diagnostics using electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes Debug PCBAs and maintain troubleshooting documentation and debug guides Support equipment installation, validation, and process improvement activities Collaborate with engineering teams on functionality issues and procedure updates Provide technical guidance and training to assemblers and fellow technicians Assist with creating work instructions, equipment logs, and production documentation Monitor equipment productivity, yields, and cycle rates Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Qualifications: Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA debugging, or electro-mechanical repair Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read schematics and use electronic test equipment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Employee Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance If you are ready to grow your technical career with a leading manufacturing team, click "Apply Now" today.
