Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic recruiting advisor aligned to specific business units, leading full-cycle hiring and delivering high-quality talent outcomes. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR to shape talent strategy, enhance candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer across assigned functions
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop targeted hiring strategies
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to develop strong, diverse talent pipelines
  • Conduct intake sessions and translate business goals into actionable recruiting plans
  • Assess candidates through structured interviews and selection methodologies
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and manage pipeline activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Provide insights on market trends, pipeline health, and hiring progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and alignment with company values and hiring standards



Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting for corporate or professional roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and pipelining capabilities across multiple channels
  • Effective interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and advise hiring leaders

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
