As a Security Officer Experienced Mobile in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a government location, where you will monitor access, conduct screening activities, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Screen individuals, personal property, and permitted items entering the location using assigned screening equipment and established post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, prohibited item discoveries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor entry points and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying identification, directing foot traffic, and documenting visitor activity in accordance with site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated screening areas, public access points, and surrounding perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity and/or conditions for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
