JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Laboratory Services, and in collaboration with other members of the laboratory management team, the Blood Bank Supervisor oversees the daily administrative and technical operation of the Blood Bank and supervises a team of Medical Technologists. The Blood Bank Supervisor assists the Senior Director of Lab Services with any special projects, assists with lab issues in the absence of the senior director, and participates in continuous improvement projects. Compensation Range: $80,500.00- $117,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
