Location: Birmingham, AL

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000K + bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM with hybrid flexibility

What You'll Do:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the team to drive performance, growth, and high-quality work, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
* Foster a positive, achievement-oriented team culture focused on customer service, proactive communication, collaboration, recognition, and professional development. * Review cash reconciliations prepared by the team and provide constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Address performance concerns, work quality issues, and team challenges in a timely and professional manner. * Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to support accurate and timely financial analysis while promoting best practices. * Investigate reconciliation variances and balance sheet discrepancies, identifying root causes and communicating findings to leadership. * Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas of focus. * Identify process improvement opportunities and serve as a subject matter expert on related initiatives and projects. * Lead and manage projects from planning through execution. * Partner with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of cash reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items. * Collaborate closely with facility personnel, department leaders, and team members to support accounting and financial operations.
