Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM (EST)

Here's the Gig:

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and assembly processes
• Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
• Inspect materials and finished products using measuring tools and testing equipment
• Package products, create labels, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with manufacturing chemicals and follow all safety procedures
• Support team objectives and assist with additional duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED required
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to use calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic blueprint-reading skills
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing production needs
