Summary Prepares hot and cold food items in support of patient dining, retail foodservice, cafeteria operations, catering, central production, and other assigned foodservice operations in accordance with standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards. Responsible for safe food preparation, cooking, holding, cooling, reheating, and service activities while maintaining food quality, sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace safety standards. Supports efficient food production workflow and contributes to exceptional service for patients, staff, visitors, and customers in a fast-paced healthcare foodservice environment
