Ohana Therapist Monterey, CA (Onsite) About the Role We're looking for a passionate Ohana Therapist to join our team in Monterey, CA! In this role, you'll work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to provide high-quality, compassionate care. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering meaningful outcomes and continuous growth. What You'll Do * Provide mental health evaluations and deliver individual, family, and group therapy * Support children, adolescents, and families with evidence-based therapeutic approaches * Offer mental health education to clients, families, and occasionally the broader community * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care * Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and quality improvement * Prioritize client safety and quality outcomes in all aspects of care What We're Looking For * Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Flexible, curious, and team-oriented mindset * Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care * Experience with or interest in evidence-based therapies (EBT) Preferred (but not required): * Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Growth & Development * Opportunities to participate in EBT training programs * Ongoing supervision, education, and professional development aligned with your interests and program needs Schedule & Work Environment * Onsite role in Monterey, CA * Monday-Friday schedule, with a day shift starting around 11:00 AM * Weekend availability may be required or available Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Monterey, CA.
