Visit us online: www.stmarysregional.com *About The Opportunity:* As the Birthplace Nurse Director, you'll direct and supervise nursing personnel, ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and collaborate with the Chief Nurse Executive on budgeting, marketing, and departmental performance. You'll lead with integrity, foster a culture of safety, and support the delivery of highquality, patientcentered care. Qualifications What We're Looking For Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma and BLS required BSN required; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business preferred Minimum one year of fulltime acute care nursing experience required Demonstrated leadership ability and decisionmaking skills without direct supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong data analysis skills Ability to keep teams focused on goals and timelines ACLS required within 3 months of employment NRP required within 6 months of employment Prior professional nursing experience demonstrating administrative and supervisory competence *Equal Opportunity Employer* We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
