SALARY RANGE $47.03 - $71.12WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS The Waukesha County Corporation Counsel office is seeking an attorney to join its office. Initial responsibilities for this position will be for the Child Support Division. Prior legal experience in the area of family law, including child support and paternity, is desirable. Municipal/government and civil litigation experience is beneficial. Starting salary range is $97,822-$122,886 (full range extends to $147,930). Pursuant to Internal Revenue (IRS) 1075 Publication, Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) fingerprints and criminal background checks are a component and requirement for access to Federal Tax Information (FTI). New hires must be successfully adjudicated before a start date is established and prior to granting access to FTI. Successful adjudication is a job requirement, and as such, must be initiated at least every five (5) years. Please include a cover letter and resume along with your fully completed application.
