At SIB, we foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where employees are empowered to innovate, solve complex problems, and make a meaningful impact for our clients and colleagues Position Summary We are seeking a Director, Telecommunications to lead client engagements, drive telecom expense reduction initiatives, and help scale our telecommunications practice. This role combines strategic consulting, client relationship management, telecommunications expertise, and team leadership. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying savings opportunities through auditing, contract negotiations, service optimization, inventory management, sourcing, procurement, and modernization initiatives. The individual will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, develop savings strategies, and leverage SIB's people, technology, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools to deliver measurable results. In addition, this leader will be responsible for developing team capabilities, strengthening supplier relationships, and partnering with executive leadership to grow and scale the telecommunications practice. Physical Demands This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, occasional stooping and reaching, and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. Compensation & Benefits The Company offers competitive compensation based on an applicant's experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, and other business considerations. Formal compensation offers will be based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience. For this position, the expected compensation is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually, prorated based on start date. This position is FLSA-exempt and not eligible for overtime pay. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Parental Leave, and a 401(k) plan with Company match.
