This position has an end date of 08/31/27 but may be renewable based upon availability of funding, work performance, and progress toward goals. JOB SUMMARY This role supports mental health programs and initiatives developed through the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium, with a focus on improving the quality and accessibility of mental health care for children and adolescents across Texas. The Supervisor, Campus Behavioral Health Operations plays a vital role in supporting children and families through TCMH programs like the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT). TCHATT delivers telehealth services to school districts to identify, assess, and address the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents, while YAM provides behavioralhealth education to students in grades 8-12. This role directly supervises school-based staff providing on-campus program support and has primary responsibility for day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing coverage, travel logistics, and workflow coordination. The Supervisor ensures adherence to program requirements and regulatory standards, manages staff capacity and documentation compliance, and supports effective service delivery across participating campuses in collaboration with internal teams and school partners.
