Description Medical Group PracticesNursing We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of nursing experience to join our Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Ambulatory Care team. This outpatient position offers flexible per diem scheduling within our Monday-Friday clinic hours, with no on-call responsibilities, weekends, or holidays. The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license, have strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills, and thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment; a BSN is preferred. Responsibilities include patient assessment and triage, assisting with procedures and treatments, providing patient education, and collaborating with providers and care team members to deliver high-quality patient care. Following successful completion of training and orientation, there may be an opportunity for work from home, depending on departmental needs and scheduling requirements.
