Blender Sauce - Selah Plant

SUMMARY:

Produce product by following blending procedures that meet customer specifications and needs. Add ingredients to the blend and monitor and adjust the blend. Keep area clean and organized. Fill out paperwork and communicate with team members. Wear appropriate attire provided by Treetop. Only a qualified Blender or OP's Tech can relieve this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Know and Operate Blending System
• Clean, CIP, and Sanitize Area and System
• Blend a Quality Juice and Maintain Supply for Lines
• Know Blending Procedures and Methods
• Monitor Quality and Perform Quality Checks
• Complete Paperwork
• Provide Leadership and be a Team Player
• Count Inventories of Ingredients
• Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area

• Sit stand, walk, use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; climb or balance; talk or hear; taste or smell; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to read paperwork and procedures, distance vision to drive a forklift and monitor line flows, color vision to identify materials from a distance, peripheral vision to see forklift traffic, depth perception for stacking product and ability to adjust focus for monitoring the process for problems

• Extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Salary Range: $22.07 - $27.57/HR

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
