Join our commercial kitchen repair company as a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, coordinating service technicians and ensuring top-notch customer service. We're also seeking a Service Support Specialist to tackle various tasks across all departments, making you an integral part of our team. This is anIN-PERSONposition in Orlando, FL,Full-Time/Hourly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Position Summary: As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for: Answering service callsfrom our customers. Communicating with 3rd party applications. Assisting in dispatchand filling in when needed. Reviewing technician work ordersfor accuracy. Communicating with customers, technicians, and staff. Key Qualifications: Prior HVAC/Service dispatch experienceis a plus. Ability to multitaskeffectively. Exceptional customer serviceand interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skillsand experience with Microsoft Office.
