Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide / CNA to join our growing team!

Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Delano is a growing community with compassionate team members, who help our residents AGE Magnificently, join our team today!

Position: CNA, HHA or Caregiver

Hourly Wage: CNA - $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, depending on experience / HHA & Caregiver - $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, depending on experience

Service Area: 1350 Saint Peter Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328

Schedule: Full and part-time available, 3pm-11pm

Option 1, 0.5 FTE - Week 1: Sunday and Friday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Option 2, 0.8 FTE - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:


  • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
