Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: WCAS Psychology The Psychology Department seeks a detail-oriented and motivated participant pool coordinator to manage and support Psychology 110 research study requirements, paid participant registry and work as part of a team to provide daily administrative support to the department. Requires completion of basic training in the ethical practice of research with human subjects and participates in processes aimed at maintaining regulatory compliance with Northwestern Institutional Review Board (IRB). This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week and works onsite three/four days per week and one/two day(s) remotely during the academic quarters, with the opportunity for more remote work during the summer and breaks between quarters. The target hiring range for this position will be between $38,660 -$46,980 per year, which is $19,75-$24.00 per hour. The salary offered will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Specific Responsibilities:
