UCR Health is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Managed Care Network Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our Managed Care and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) across the Inland Empire region. This position sits at the intersection of healthcare strategy and community partnership - requiring someone equally comfortable navigating contract discussions at a physician's office as they are contributing to high-level network growth objectives alongside senior leadership.
In this role, you will serve as the primary field-facing liaison responsible for recruiting and onboarding physicians into the UCR Health network, guiding them through the contracting process with clarity and professionalism, and building the ongoing relationships that drive long-term participation and retention. You will work closely with the UCR Health Chief Strategy Officer to align your field efforts with the broader organizational vision for managed care growth - making your work not just impactful today, but foundational to the health system's future. This is an opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional to own a critical function within a growing academic health system - one deeply committed to serving the Inland Southern California community with high-quality, coordinated care. The full salary range for the Managed Care Network Development Specialist is $62,900 - $110,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. | |
