What You'll Do
  • Partner withleadershiptoidentifytraining and development needsand work to enhance core capabilities and ensure continuous process improvements
  • Provide on-site coaching and guidance to support the development of critical service skills as aligned withorganizationalobjectives
  • Develop individualized learning plans to meet readiness targets or associated business metrics and review and provide feedback on training curricula developed by the Service Learning & Development team
  • Ensure that Training programs and processes are accurately and effectively communicated
  • Provide ongoing training and development support in the field to ensure a problem-solving mindset is applied and effectively utilized
  • Provideroboticsspecific trainingandexhibitexpert knowledge of the methods, techniques, and materials used in the maintenance and repair ofTesla products
  • Co-coordinate schedule with leaders and training partners supporting service teams in the field

What You'll Bring
  • S3 technician or higher
  • Strongexpertisein system repair and training, including thecapacityto read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Ability to collaborate with and serve as a partner/consultant to regional leadership and staff
  • Highly skilled with common workplace and database software
  • Valid driver's licenserequired

    Expected Compensation
    $68,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
