Description and Requirements

Owns the execution of the North America Sales Play system and Enablement Communications strategy, ensuring sellers receive clear, actionable, and timely guidance aligned to business priorities. This role is critical to building a best-in-class enablement experience: driving consistency, clarity, and streamlined communications that empower sellers to prioritize effectively, engage the right opportunities, and execute with confidence.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Play Execution (Factory Model)

  • Operationalize Sales Plays from intake through launch and execution
  • Build and deliver scalable play assets, including:
    • Sales kits ("what to know, say, show, do")
    • Seller-facing content and enablement materials
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all plays
  • Drive execution timelines and readiness across multiple concurrent plays

Enablement Communications (NA Owner)

  • Own NA Sales Enablement communications strategy and calendar
  • Deliver clear, concise, and action-oriented messaging to sellers
  • Serve as central coordination point to:
    • Align cross-functional messaging
    • Reduce communication noise and duplication
  • Manage key communication cadences

Stakeholder Alignment & Program Management

  • Partner with Sales Play leaders, BU stakeholders, and Segment Enablement Managers
  • Align on messaging, priorities, and execution timelines
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure successful play delivery

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Measure effectiveness of:
    • Communications (engagement, reach)
    • Sales Play assets (usage, adoption)
  • Continuously refine messaging and delivery approach based on feedback and data

Position Requirements

  • Strong program management and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing seller-facing content and enablement materials
  • Ability to translate business priorities into clear, actionable guidance
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM programs
  • Familiarity with Sales Play frameworks and execution models
  • Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Highspot or similar)
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in evolving environments
