When you join WM you become part of a company that is: - 100% employee-owned with 40+ years of industry history Position Details This is a hybrid position, requiring 2+ days/week in the Eden Prairie, MN office. In-office days will vary based on training, department meetings and payroll schedules. Primary Purpose The HRIS/ Payroll Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, and integrity of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), in addition to other systems supported by the HR Team. The HRIS/ Payroll Specialist is the subject matter expert with ownership of system performance, offering support to employees and management alike. This role serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll and IT to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and effective integration across platforms. In addition, this position provides primary back-up support for payroll processing to ensure continuity and accuracy of payroll operations, and supports other HR programs as needed, including leave administration, training, and broader HR initiatives to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
