At Synopsys, you will steward enterprise investments that affect how the company operates at scale. The programs you lead will be complex, cross-functional, and consequential.

• Lead large, complex enterprise programs from business case through delivery, including requirements gathering, scoping, resourcing, execution, and post-launch sustainment
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Build and lead cross-functional teams that span internal organizations, external partners, and multiple global sites
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and deliver executive briefings that communicate status, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to all levels of the organization
• Develop resourcing strategies that balance program delivery needs with day-to-day operational demands across the business
• Drive escalation and resolution of blockers, scope changes, and budget variances in real time
• Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow their strengths while delivering on program outcomes

• Your leadership will ensure that enterprise investments are stewarded effectively and deliver measurable business value
• You will create alignment across functions that historically operate in silos, enabling faster decision-making and execution
• The resourcing strategies you build will help teams deliver on commitments without burning out
• Your ability to manage ambiguity and change will reduce risk and keep critical programs on track even when conditions shift

• Your work will shape how Synopsys scales its operations and adapts to an evolving business model

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, complex programs or equivalent management experience
• Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams across functions, geographies, and organizational boundaries
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budget management, variance analysis, and business case development
• Experience managing programs in a matrix organization where influence matters more than authority
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and step into higher-level leadership roles during critical moments
• Experience leading virtual and remote teams is a plus
