About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Development Manager to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle-from early concept through production and go-to-market. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product readiness, managing timelines, and coordinating across teams to deliver high-quality products that balance innovation, cost, and speed.

You'll work within a highly cross-functional, global environment, partnering closely with teams across design, merchandising, sourcing, and production to bring seasonal and fast-turn product assortments to life.


What You'll Do

  • Support the product development lifecycle, from ideation through production and launch
  • Manage and track product timelines and key milestones (product-to-market readiness)
  • Coordinate across cross-functional partners including Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Quality
  • Execute vendor engagement and sourcing strategies across product categories
  • Help ensure product availability for both seasonal and fast-turn pipelines
  • Analyze product and production data to support post-line adoption optimization and decision-making
  • Assist in developing strategies to mitigate risk in fabric commitments and sourcing decisions
  • Adapt to shifting priorities based on business needs and customer demand
  • Provide day-to-day guidance or oversight to operational or administrative team members as needed


What You Bring

  • Experience supporting product development, production, or sourcing in apparel, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of seasonal product cycles and timeline management
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience working with vendors or suppliers in a production or sourcing capacity
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience with fabric sourcing or material development
  • Exposure to fast-turn or quick-response production models
  • Familiarity with balancing cost, quality, and innovation in product decisions
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations
  • Prior experience providing informal team leadership or supervision
