As a Communications Intelligence Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Global Communications organization. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable narratives that drive a business impact. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, storytelling prowess, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify emerging trends and quantify the impact of the strategy Cisco's Global Communications is driving. Your Impact As a member of Communications Intelligence team, you will support a modern, AI-enabled approach to insights. This isn't a back-end data role - it's a role for a storyteller and communicator who is excited by data. You will be a key contributor to the team's efficiency, focusing on "connecting the dots" between media trends, social conversations, and business goals. Your work will ensure our intelligence frameworks remain organized and that our reporting is not just accurate, but persuasive. You will be a core member of the team working to translate complex metrics into clear, actionable narratives that help Cisco's leaders make better decisions. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $145,000.00 - $210,200.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $129,000.00 - $187,000.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
