Description - Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting mindset - Proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems - Experience with imaging and deploying PCs - Ability to work cross-functionally with various IT teams - Knowledge of ticketing systems or IT tools - Familiarity with remote support for sales and service teams - Ability to quickly resolve issues related to password problems, software installations, and setting up new devices - Knowledge of server-based imaging applications to properly configure and update laptops - Willingness to learn and adapt to different systems, including Android and iOS - Collaborate with various IT teams to resolve complex issues - Assist with PC deployments at the remote facility Additional Skills & Qualifications - 2 or 3 years of relevant experience, potentially with help desk background - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end users and IT teams - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of McConnellsburg, PA.
