Job Description * Audit loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and ensure that loans are properly funded. * Must pay close attention to detail, making sure quality standards are met and in compliance with the Consumer Loan Policy, Loan Origination Procedures and Regulatory requirements. * Work with loan officers to obtain required documentation and ensure that all Stipulations and To-do's are met by the proper business units prior to booking loans. * Generate loan contracts and send to members via email or UPS, ensuring all signatures are completed before funding loan. * Respond promptly and thoroughly to frontline needs, meeting or exceeding service level standards. * Communicate with proper departments to resolve issues/concerns in a timely manner. * Must be able to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency during periods of peak volume. * Must work well in high-pressure scenarios upholding a professional attitude. What you'll do daily: -Work from a shared application queue, reviewing and processing incoming loan applications -Review documentation and ensure all required information is complete and accurate -Send loan contracts using DocuSign -Fund loans once all requirements are met -Partner closely with internal sales teams and loan officers (no direct customer interaction) -Handle a high volume of follow-ups and internal communication Types of loans you'll handle: -Personal loans (lines of credit, installment loans) -Auto loans (dealer purchases, refinances, lease buyouts) -Title-secured loans Qualifications * 2+ years of experience within financial services * Banking experience or credit union or lending experience * Customer service background (the internal teams are their customers) Examples are experience in a: Branch, bank teller, call center * Strong communication and computer skills * Loan processing is a nice to have but not required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL.
