Overview:
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Operations team. This role is responsible for the ongoing administration, support, enhancement, and optimization of the firm's Workday platform. The Workday HRIS Analyst serves as a key resource for HR, Payroll, Finance, and firm leadership by ensuring system integrity, improving business processes, maintaining security, and supporting strategic initiatives across the Workday environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday enhancements across modules including HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.
* Troubleshoot system issues and maintain overall platform integrity, ensuring reliable and effective system performance.
* Build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations and business decision-making.
* Evaluate HR processes and recommend system-based solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
* Configure and maintain Workday business processes to support evolving organizational needs and best practices.
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, workflows, notifications, approvals, and task routing to ensure accurate and efficient system functionality.
* Administer and maintain Workday security roles and permissions in accordance with firm policies and compliance requirements.
* Provide end-user support for Workday-related questions, troubleshoot configuration issues, and assist with user documentation and training materials.
* Participate in and support Workday enhancement projects, system upgrades, and implementation of new functionality.
* Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, support payroll operations, and translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.
* Develop and maintain process maps and documentation for HR functions, including processes that integrate with or operate independently from Workday.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, reporting, system administration, or related HRIS functions.
* Strong understanding of core Workday HCM functionality, business process configuration, and workflow management.
* Experience creating and troubleshooting Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
* Experience supporting Workday Payroll functionality, payroll-related business processes, and payroll system troubleshooting.
* Experience administering Workday security roles and permissions.
* Demonstrated Workday Learning experience or progress toward Workday certification(s).
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Workday Pro Certification or certifications in Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, or Learning preferred.
* Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, and Workday integrations.
* Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or major system upgrades.
* Knowledge of HR operations, compliance requirements, and HR technology best practices preferred.
*Please note: This position is based in our Minneapolis office and requires an in-office presence of at least two days per week.

The estimated starting salary range for this position is $88,000 - $101,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, and overall qualifications.
