About the Role

As an Associate Client Director(ACD)in Account Development,you'llserve as a trusted growth partner to a portfolio of medium and large clients within the U.S. Fresh, Pantry & Naturals (FPN) vertical. This is a highimpactsalesposition designed for someone who loves building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and shaping strategic conversations that lead toreal businessresults.

You'llbring curiosity and commercial instinct to every interaction-learning your clients' priorities,identifyingwhere NIQ can help them win, and leading the charge to turn insights into action. Your goal:drive measurable growth, strengthen longterm partnerships, and exceed revenue commitments.

You will be thecentral pointof contact for your clients and the connector across NIQ's full portfolio-Strategic Analytics & Insights,OmniCommerce, Retail Collaboration, Technology,Service Lines,and more. Through collaboration and leadership,you'llensure that your crossfunctional support team consistently delivers proactive, highvalue service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and deepen client relationshipswith key decision makers, elevating NIQ's presence and expanding solution adoption.

  • Drive revenue growththrough consultative selling, strategic account planning, and opportunity identification.

  • Enable growth through the full sales cycle- from opportunity identification to cross- functional sales storytelling, compelling commercial propositions, successfulnegotiationsand licensing, throughultimately renewalof services.

  • Collaborate cross functionallyacross NIQ teams-POS, Panel, BASES/Innovation, Analytics, Technology, Consumer Insights, and others-to deliver cohesive, compelling solutions.

  • Guide NIQ specialty sales partnersand service teams to ensureproposals andinsights lead to client action and measurable value.

  • Manage your sales pipeline with discipline,leveragingthe NIQ Enterprise SalesProcessandmaintainingaccuratetracking in Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Lead efforts tocontinually increase client satisfactionand strengthen NIQ's reputation as a trusted, innovative partner.

  • Contribute to ongoingsalesprocessimprovements andcommunicationswithin thegreaterFPN Verticalteam.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, account management, category management, or market research/analytics.

  • Familiarity with syndicated POS data, panel data, analytics platforms, or related technologies.

  • Passionate about the CPGindustry, hungry to learn more and self-motivated.

  • A track recordofexceeding sales targetsandmanaging profitable growth.

  • Strong pipeline management skills with consistent forecasting accuracy.

  • Experience managing both shortcycle and longcycle selling motions.

  • Proven ability todevelop strategic account plansand engage& present tostakeholders at all levels, including the Csuite.

  • Exceptional presentation, proposal development, and communication skills.

  • Industry experience across CPG, SaaS, analytics, consulting,bigdataand AIis strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degreerequired;Master'sdegree is a plus.

Required Competencies

  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation skills.

  • A teamoriented, detailfocused mindset paired with strong project management capabilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Abilityto manage multiple accounts and lead within a matrixedorganization.

  • Experienceusing Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful.

  • A selfmotivated, growthoriented mindset-you bring the hunger to win, andyou'llbe supported with expert leadership and coaching.

QualificationsAdditional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $98,000 -$100,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
