Job Description
We are currently hiring a Full-Time People Operations Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day HR operations that keep the employee experience running smoothly. You'll handle key processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You'll also serve as a trusted point of contact for coworkers and managers, helping answer questions and resolve issues with a strong service mindset. What You'll Brew:

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the hourly rate is between $23.56 and $44.23. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
