Position Summary
As a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead you will be responsible for supporting shipping, receiving and warehouse functions to handle medical devices in an FDA regulated and controlled environment. Provides support to Supervisor and department employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday What you will do as a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead
Manage and assign daily work schedule and job duties to employees Assist supervisor with SQDC Board Updates, 5S Audits, Idea Board, and SQDC Board presentation Operate equipment, such as forklift, electric and manual pallet jacks, and stretch wrapper for material handling and loading/unloading of trucks Effectively train employees on standard work and operating procedures within the department Maintain strong lines of communication with all applicable personnel across all shifts Adhere to, and reinforce compliance with work instructions, quality procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment Confer and correspond with supervisor to resolve problems, such as missing paperwork, damages, shortages, and nonconformance to procedures and policy Perform all duties related to the shipping/receiving functions, including but not limited to, loading/unloading trucks, moving and storing items according to delivery or routing documents Comply with all safety, security, shop practice requirements, promote and provide a safe working environment Perform other duties as assigned The Experience, Skills and Abilities

Pay range for this opportunity is$21.45-$27.76. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
