SCOPE: The Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator (part-time) provides administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team to help ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, supporting recruiting operations and campaign efforts, coordinating interview logistics, and maintaining applicant tracking system data. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the coordinator will assist with candidate outreach, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary, part-time position designed to support recruiting efforts during periods of increased hiring activity, staffing transitions, or special talent acquisition projects. SCHEDULE: Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week, for a temporary assignment of approximately 3-6 months, with flexibility based on organizational needs.
