We are looking for a highly analytical detail-oriented individual to join our Pole Services Operations team. This role will manage customer owned equipment for unmetered service connections under sch 57 and 24. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the research and resolution of unmetered service connections by obtaining system reports, maintaining technical master data of equipment records and installations, responding to customer billing issues, applying regulatory regulation interpretations into billing practices, and ensuring accurate equipment inventories. This role also ensures that the financial aspects of the construction project life cycle are properly recorded by generating orders and project notifications. It supports the successful flow of construction projects through PSE's internal project management system and works closely with various departments including project managers and customer construction services to ensure compliance with WUTC (Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission) rates and tariffs, company accounting policies, and established SOX controls. This role is responsible for bringing in revenue for Pole Services that helps improve our bottom line. The individual in this role upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities, as well as promotes and supports a culture of total safety.Additionally, the person in this role demonstrates a commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct, and ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. The pay range for this position is$72,700.00-$103,300.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
