Description

Ritter Communications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Market Sales Representative to help grow our residential customer base. In this role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell internet, voice, alarm, and cable TV services through outbound sales efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do:



  • Generates and qualifies new sales opportunities through outbound phone calls, emails, referrals, and web leads;
  • Promotes and sells Ritter Communications products and services to new and existing customers;
  • Consults with customers to identify their needs and recommend customized telecommunications solutions;
  • Explains product features, pricing, promotions, and service options;
  • Upgrades existing customer services and close sales opportunities;
  • Maintains and updates customer and prospect information within CRM and sales tracking systems;
  • Ensures customer orders are entered accurately and fulfilled in a timely manner;
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience;
  • Stays informed on company products, services, competitor offerings, and industry trends;
  • Supports sales and marketing campaigns to help achieve company growth goals.
