This role requires precision handling of tools and machinery, often in a manufacturing setting with prolonged physical engagement.

Bending/Twisting/Reaching: Positions self by bending or twisting the body less than half the time (31%), with moderate flexibility needs.
Repetitive Motions: Performs repetitive actions continually or almost continually (46% of the time), demanding sustained control of machines.

What You'll Do:
As a CNC Machinist, your mission is to operate a variety of CNC machines independently, troubleshoot common issues, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires sound judgment, intermediate technical skills, and active engagement in problem-solving. You will report to the Team Leader.
You will
* Independently operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines with minimal supervision.
* Consistently follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements. * Identify and report process inefficiencies or equipment issues. * Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization (6S) in assigned work areas. * Provide feedback to engineers and team leads on recurring issues and potential improvements. * Accurately interpret blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and make basic offsets or adjustments Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
0-8 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven ability to operate multiple machine types efficiently.
