Job Title: Third-Party Procurement & Sourcing Senior Manager
Location: Block 23
What you'll do: *As a Third-Party Risk, Procurement & Sourcing Senior Manager, you'll partner with business lines, third parties, Third-Party Risk & Controls, IT Business Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements for an integrated, end-to-end third-party lifecycle, processes and controls, and system design and implementation.
*During and after implementation, you will support the maintenance of procedures, process/system enhancements, and ongoing third-party reporting.
- As part of a cross-functional enterprise team, design, develop, deploy, and manage integrated procurement, sourcing, and third-party risk management processes and systems.
- Ensure established third-party risk processes and controls are maintained or improved through the enhanced program.
- Demonstrate expertise and influence future process design incorporating third-party risk process requirements into the sourcing processes as well as a seamless integrated flow throughout the third-party lifecycle.
- Establish and implement best in class category management and sourcing strategies into third-party risk concentration and rationalization requirements. Support development of a comprehensive sourcing strategy grounded in meticulous analysis of spend data, market trends, category insights, risk mitigation, and business needs.
- Conduct and assess detailed third-party/supplier evaluations, determine supplier viability, and support management of third-party/supplier relationships including commercial, contract, and operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Promote cooperation and communication between internal stakeholders, across participating departments.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal partners to manage and enhance supplier performance and facilitate continuous improvement and innovation.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills with high learning agility and the capability to outline a direction and drive towards the outcomes.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier management, supply chain, or contracts.
- 5+ years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in third-party risk management is highly preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Experience implementing / managing integrated procurement, sourcing, and risk management end-to-end processes.
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Advanced experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering assignments to completion in accordance with defined instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
