Work Schedule: Be part of something remarkable Join our team as an Early Morning Inpatient Phlebotomy Supervisor, a hands-on leadership role supporting phlebotomy operations across University Hospital (UH) and American Family Children's Hospital (AFCH). As a working supervisor, you will begin each day alongside your team, performing inpatient phlebotomy during the critical early morning collection hours while providing real-time coaching and operational support. Beyond direct patient care, you will lead daily team operations, oversee phlebotomy training and onboarding, collaborate with nursing and hospital leaders, and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality laboratory services.
