Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Commercial Retail & Hospitality Design Studio in Philadelphia, PA! Our success has been built around listening to our clients and collaborating with them to achieve an environment that fosters creativity, comfort, efficiency and flexibility. Our interior designers balance strong creative vision with meticulous technical execution and lead full cycle projects from concept to install. Our next Senior Interior Designer will work collaboratively to design and create schematics and concepts that meet programming requirements and health and safety codes. This individual will also create construction drawing sets and create presentation materials. Our next Senior Interior Designer will lead the planning, schematic design, and construction documentation phases for national retail and hospitality clients. This role serves as a key design leader, fostering collaboration with clients and coordinating seamlessly across multiple internal disciplines to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
