Position Summary: The Coaching Sales Specialist is a primary driver of sales growth for the Practice Coaching team, working in close partnership with the Coaching Supervisor to manage and close inbound leads generated through discovery calls, Clarion Sales Specialist referrals, and automated pipeline channels. This role owns the full sales cycle from first contact through close; ensuring timely outreach, consistent follow-up, and a high-quality customer experience. The Coaching Sales Specialist enables the Coaching Supervisor to operate strategically by absorbing sales volume that has grown significantly due to increased lead generation. This role requires strong consultative sales skills, comfort in a field-based environment, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer relationships and in-person engagements.
