We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Manager of Building Maintenance (Hybrid) The primary objective of the Manager of Building Maintenance is to provide effective and professional management and sound leadership to a team of facility maintenance personnel. The Manager of Building Maintenance is responsible for creating and managing this team, within his/her assigned portfolio, to deliver exceptional operational performance, maintain facilities that meet tenant needs and VOA-GNY standards, and fulfills the special human services mission of VOA-GNY.
