These are 100% full-time Civil Service 5020 - Human Resource Associate positions, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the closing date. We strive to provide a competitive salary, considering factors such as available market data, internal equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints. The budgeted salary range is: HR Generalist is $50,000 - $65,000 annually Senior HR Generalist $60,000 - $80,000 annually The final salary offer will be determined through a thorough assessment of the above named factors. Work is performed on campus with many in person trainings and meetings required. Hybrid work options may be available for this position after an initial training/probationary period, but with the requirement that onsite availability may be needed at any time with short notice. Work authorization is not available for this position.
