The Marketing team at Girl Scouts of the USA plays a key role in ensuring the Girl Scout brand remains relevant, visible, and engaging for today's audiences. #LI-Remote You Will The Associate, Video & Photography is responsible for creating compelling video and photo content that brings the Girl Scout brand and story to life across digital and print channels. This role supports the development of engaging, high-quality visual assets aligned with brand standards and tailored to diverse audiences, including youth and caregivers. The Associate contributes across the full production lifecycle, including shooting, editing, and supporting pre- and post-production activities. This role requires strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in video and photo production, and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and business teams to translate ideas into impactful content. SALARY RANGE: $66,000 - $80,000 This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. This pay range is only applicable to NYC Metro-based employees, on a hybrid schedule. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job is remote with east coast hours, 9AM-5PM. POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with a 35 hour per week schedule. Occasional evenings and weekends work may be required as job duties demand.
