The Horsham Clinic is on the lookout for a dynamic, compassionate, and flexible Director of Housekeeping

What We Want to See from You! (Job Requirements/Preferred Skills)

  • Review and ensure that all activities of the housekeeping and laundry departments are successfully providing daily, mid-week and check out service to resorts guest rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure that the property is adhering to deep cleaning
  • Ensure that property is adhering to the company's standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff
  • Inspects and evaluates physical condition on a regular basis.
  • Review departmental inventory supplies and equipment as required.
  • Review staffing levels to ensure that the department delivers excellent patient service, meet the operational needs for the resort and positively impact the financial performance.
  • Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently within the housekeeping department including any disciplinary (coaching and counseling) action and written documentation needed per the company's standards.
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring of departmental managers and supervisors within the department.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness and public area presentation.
  • Lead, coach, teach, develop, and mentor housekeeping leadership team

The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the overall operation of our Housekeeping Department in an inpatient behavioral health hospital setting.
