Job Summary: The Office of Research Integrity seeks a Graduate Hourly in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research (OVCR). The role will provide administrative and operational support to the Conflict of Interest and Commitment (COCI) Office. Job Responsibilities: Support the COCI office in data entry, record management, and compliance-related workflows Perform COCI reviews under the supervision of the COCI Director Assist with compliance checks for management plans Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Must be enrolled in a graduate program at UIC (Science Programs Preferred). Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; are able to organize, prioritize and co-ordinate multiple tasks. Demonstrate ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to: Currently enrolled graduate students in good academic standing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
