INTERCOMPANY MAIL/DOCUMENT DRIVER

Heiser is currently seeking a Part-Time Intercompany Mail Driver to transport company mail, documents, and internal correspondence between Heiser locations throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.

This position is scheduled for approximately 4-5 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-focused, and committed to operating company vehicles safely and professionally.

• Transport intercompany mail, paperwork, and internal documents between Heiser dealerships and facilities
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules
• Load and unload mail and documents safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely deliveries
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Represent Heiser professionally when interacting with employees and dealership personnel

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate cars, SUVs, vans, and light-duty trucks
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle and transport mail, packages, and documents as needed
• Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Previous driving, courier, or delivery experience is preferred but not required
