Your Opportunity Taylor Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an experienced and proactive Inventory Control Team Lead to join our operations team in Duluth, GA. This role serves as the day-to-day leader of the inventory function, ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient inventory processes throughout the facility. The Inventory Control Team Lead will partner closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, and operations teams to drive accountability, resolve inventory issues, and improve overall operational performance. The ideal candidate combines strong inventory management experience with leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and influence positive change. This individual will serve as the facility's inventory subject matter expert and play a critical role in establishing best practices that support operational excellence and customer success. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
