Where YOU will work: Augusta houses Clearwater Paper's largest paperboard facility and is home to more than 600 team members. Augusta is known worldwide for hosting The Masters golf tournament, but the city offers so much more. What YOU will do: The HR Manager II will act as a liaison between departments performing a variety of human resources responsibilities to foster positive employee relations, labor relations, organization, career, and personal development. This role is responsible for supporting hourly staffing, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This position is both strategic and action-oriented, influencing the direction of a critical unionized manufacturing site with a commitment to continuous improvement. The HR Manager II reports directly to the Senior HR Manager and supervises one (1) direct report. Human Resource Partnership:
