What You Will Do

  • Serve as a player-coach, balancing personal recruiting responsibilities while supporting the performance, development, and success of the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Provide onsite leadership, guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to recruiters.

  • Assist with workload balancing, recruiting priorities, onboarding, and training activities.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies, workforce plans, and recruiting solutions that support business objectives

  • Promote compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and hiring best practices.

What You Need to Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting both hourly and salaried positions, including operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, administrative, professional, and management roles.

  • Demonstrated informal leadership, mentoring, coaching, or team support experience.

  • Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and employment laws.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate sourcing, recruiting metrics, and talent acquisition best practices.
