Description Position Title: Director of Marketing Reporting to: Executive Director of Growth, Partnerships & Strategy Department: Marketing Central Power Systems & Services is a privately held company with deep roots going back to 1954. Our Mission Statement is forging long-lasting partnerships by providing first-class customer support. We are experiencing significant growth across our manufacturing, service, and power generation and equipment operations. As the organization continues to scale, the marketing department is evolving from a support function into a strategic business partner. The Director of Marketing will play a key role in building the systems, processes, team capabilities, and marketing programs necessary to support continued expansion, strengthen the company's brand presence, and communicate the impact of one of the fastest-growing industrial organizations in the region. JOB SUMMARY The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the company's marketing organization and developing strategies that strengthen the brand, support business growth, and position Central Power Systems & Services as an industry leader. Reporting to the Executive Director of Growth, Partnerships & Strategy, this role oversees all marketing operations, including brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, public relations, events, creative services, and marketing analytics. As Central continues its rapid expansion across manufacturing, power generation, and service operations, the Director of Marketing will build and lead a high-performing marketing team capable of supporting multiple business units, new facilities, workforce growth, and expanding markets. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring marketing initiatives align with corporate objectives while delivering measurable business results.
