Associate Product Manager, Data & Internal Systems
InterPark is the largest privately owned and operated commercial parking asset company in the U.S. We own and operate parking assets in 16 of America's largest cities with two customer-facing brands: iParkit which operates our central business district garages and PreFlight which operates our off-airport facilities.
InterPark was founded in 1997 and is a leader in parking real estate acquisitions, development and best-in-class operating technology.
InterPark has always been an early adopter of new parking technology. This investment has led to the creation of iParkit: an Operating Platform that transforms an analog parker experience into an easy drive-in and drive-out experience. More than a customer facing app, iParkit is the centralized digital layer that sits atop each asset, orchestrating operations and ensuring a smooth customer journey at all digital and physical touchpoints.
Because the iParkit Operating Platform touches every transaction in the portfolio, it sits at the intersection of operational and financial data. As the size and scope of iParkit grows, it is important that we capture and contextualize the data it produces to support financial reporting, operational analysis, and strategic decision making.
To help guide this effort, InterPark is hiring an Associate Product Manager of Data & Internal Systems. In this role, you will understand each data source entering iParkit and you will guide how that data will be processed, stored, and analyzed. You will partner with Finance and Accounting to understand financial reporting requirements-and you will partner with Operations to identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and better understand business performance through data.
This role applies a product methodology to data infrastructure: you will be the intelligence behind the business intelligence. Your primary output will not be a report, a dashboard, or an internal tool. Instead, it will be the underlying data infrastructure that enables InterPark to put its data to work and make smarter decisions about the business.
You have 2-5 years' experience in Product, Data Science, and/or Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and internship experience. If your background is outside of these fields but you think in systems and are interested in how the digital and physical worlds connect, we want to hear from you.
You will partner with engineering teams to guide the development of InterPark's data infrastructure, helping define ingestion requirements across internal systems, vendor APIs, file-based sources, and more. You will help ensure data is structured, accessible, and semantically consistent for reporting, decision-making, and AI-powered applications.
Working alongside the InterPark product team, you will develop a deep understanding of how our business operates, the systems that support it, and the challenges faced by internal stakeholders. You will gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities to improve processes and technology across areas such as budgeting, capital expenses, forecasting, pricing, and more.
When existing tools fall short, you will help define and deliver new solutions. From identifying problems to launching products, you will work closely with engineers and designers to build internal applications that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and the employee experience
You will explore opportunities to make data more accessible and actionable across the organization, helping develop new tools, interfaces, and AI-powered experiences that enable employees to interact with information, automate workflows, and make better decisions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals, gather feedback, and build strong working relationships. Success in this role requires curiosity, empathy, and the ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions.
