How will you fit in the big picture?

CSE Walmart D1 Take Home role is responsible for driving profitable growth of Hershey's Take Home portfolio at Walmart by delivering against net sales, market share, trade investment, and sales activity margin objectives. This role serves as a commercial liaison for the account, translating enterprise strategy into customer specific plans and ensuring strong execution across merchandising, supply chain, and retail teams.

What will you do?

  • Supporting annual planning through line review story development and execution. Act as a strong crossfunctional collaborator, aligning Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams to deliver integrated customer plans and results. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, category expertise, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to connect strategy to execution in a complex retail environment.
  • Leverage Hershey's reporting and tools to drive profitable and predictable sales results.
  • Work internally and externally to develop profitable features and merchandising solutions for Walmart, while managing external business relationships to ensure execution and implementation
  • Supply Chain partnership with tracking, planning & execution is critical for this role
  • Develop and provide resources and tools for the retail team, including developing survey and incremental opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership and work internally to advance Hershey's Take Home items and brands within their segments.
  • Provide category analysis and consumer insights to Walmart as well as other category tools/consultation with Category Management partnership.
  • Achieve appropriate levels of account penetration.
  • Alignment with retail team through participation in retail meetings as well as field visits with appropriate Retail management.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience



  • At least 8 years relevant sales and eCommerce experience
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Willingness to negotiate
  • Ability to lead the Walmart Take Home business and be a leader for the Bentonville Hershey Office



Education



  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
